FAQs

Q: I’m having difficulty seeing out of my glasses. What can I do?

A: It could be due different reasons:
  1. Glasses are not perfectly fitting you.
Come to our store for an adjustment.
  1. It is a new prescription.
Adjusting to a new prescription can take a few days and even two weeks for progressive glasses. The best way to adjust to your new prescription is to wear the glasses continuously for an extended period, as constantly taking them on and off won't help your brain adjust.
  1. The lens position does not fit you.
Put your glasses on and look straight ahead. Look at one point in the distance and then slowly move your chin up and down (without moving your eyes). If your vision sharpens when you look up or down, the lenses would probably need to reposition on your frame.
Bring your receipt and come to our store for an adjustment.
