30-Day Return Policy

We accept glasses returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new unworn condition and returned in their complementary cases to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Processing Time of Refund

Upon confirmation of receipt and inspection, you refund will be processed within 4-7 business days if the condition of the returned item is complied with our return policy.
